Where the rows are
North of Dundas Street is where the volume sits. Glenorchy's streets off Neyagawa and Sixth Line and Joshua Meadows' blocks between Trafalgar Road and the 407 lands were largely built after 2012 and are still adding phases, so a row there may have a warranty that starts at closing and a neighbouring lot still under construction. Westmount and West Oak Trails, west of Sixteen Mile Creek, carry rows from the years either side of 2000 with double-car garages on some plans. Bronte Creek, out by the provincial park and Burloak Drive, has complexes from the same period. Glen Abbey's condo rows near Upper Middle Road and Nottinghill Gate, River Oaks' complexes off River Glen Boulevard and College Park's near Sheridan College are the older, roomier option, typically with mature trees and visitor parking. Closer to the water, Bronte's rows above the village and a handful of Old Oakville towns near Lakeshore Road are small in number and rarely listed.
