What does property management include?
Tenant search and screening, lease signing, rent collection, repairs and maintenance, regular check-ins and a yearly summary for your taxes. You can choose full management or tenant placement only.
How do you find and screen tenants?
We advertise the unit, run the showings and check each applicant's credit, income, employment and references before we recommend anyone. You make the final call.
What does it cost?
It depends on the property and the services you choose. After a short call we send you a written quote, with no obligation.
Can you take over a property I already rent out?
Yes. We can take over an existing tenancy, review the lease and set up rent collection and repairs from the next month.
What happens when something breaks?
Your tenant calls us, not you. We arrange the repair with a trusted trade, keep you posted and include the invoice in your monthly statement.
