The first is the Pinnacle Uptown cluster at Hurontario and Eglinton, where Crystal at 55 to 75 Eglinton Avenue West was completed in 2015 with 463 suites over 28 storeys, followed by Amber and the paired oval Perla towers on Watergarden Drive; these buildings sit beside the future Eglinton LRT stop and the new park. The second is the older stock from the 1990s and early 2000s near Matheson, Bristol and Kingsbridge Garden Circle, where suites tend to be larger with more two-bedroom layouts and parking is usually included.
