Detached homes in Creditview are mostly two storey brick houses from the 1970s through the 1990s, with a smaller group of early 2000s builds on the last parcels, on crescents and courts between Rathburn Road West, Creditview Road, Burnhamthorpe Road West and Mavis Road. Typical layouts are four bedrooms up, a main floor family room, a double garage and a basement that has usually been finished by now. Streets along the Credit River side near Creditview Road and Creditview Woods have ravine lots that back onto the valley and the Credit Meadows trails. Lots are generally modest by 1950s standards but wider than new subdivisions, and corner and pie lots exist on the courts.
